Your returns can be submitted through your account via 'My Orders' '. After logging on MobileSupplyStore.com go to your "My Orders" and choose the order you want to return a product (s).
At the bottom of your order you will see an option '' returned items ''. You can then choose which product (s) and numbers to return. After submitting your digital retour form you can return the products directly to us by post.
After receiving your return gets one the following states:

We can not take back your products because of warranty. - Returns accepted
